I run 25-30 miles per week, mostly pavement, and want one shoe for easy days and weekend long runs. I liked the Ghost 14 but want a slightly livelier ride.
For your use case I would pick the Ride 17. It has a little more snap without becoming a workout shoe, and it feels better when the pace drifts faster late in a long run.

If fit matters most, try both. The Ghost upper is more forgiving around the midfoot, but the Ride feels less sleepy underfoot.

Ghost 16 if you want pure no-drama mileage. Ride 17 if you want one shoe that can handle strides and steady long runs.

What I should choose if my average pace is 7.08 and my weight is 80kg?
